John, It seems that it's almost as likely to push them over the brink of ruin as to pull them out of it. A struggling company can't really afford to devote precious resources to something that the world isn't ready for. It wasn't ready for CDTV; I don't know what makes anybody think that it's ready for this reincarnation. CDROM technology is selling, but to those who already have their feet wet with technology…current computer owners. In my opinion, it would be far wiser to develop for a market that already exists than to try to force the creation of a new one. An integrated computer cdrom unit marketed as such with keyboard etc. or a peripheral that integrates into existing systems makes more sense for the current market. -Richard
