To anyone out there with an A3000! Hey, I just upgraded from my A2000 to an A3000. Here is my big question. In my A2000 I had a MicroWay Flicker Fixer and it gave absolutely crystal clear NTSC HIRES Interlace screen on my CBM1950. Now I hook up my A3000 and I must say that I am a bit dissappointed! The interlace is flicker free UNTIL I am using any of my modem programs and then there are noise lines whenever I am actually receiving data. (Well, not actually flicker free…the upper left hand corner of the screen appears to be a bit warped with just the WorkBench screen) I gotta tell you that other then this slight anonmaly that I am super pleased with the speed and power of the machine, but I am using it as a terminal 50% of the time to do work from home and am forced to use the NTSC NON-Interlaced mode just to keep from getting annoyed. Is this normal???Am I destined to get another video board??? Is my unit defective??? What gives?? Any information anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Jamie Severe [70003,302]
