Very interesting analysis! If it were one of the board of directors of
CBM, don't they have to have to make a disclosure that they're making the
purchase? (A disclosure to the general public, I mean).
Ok…Say it's not someone on the board, and it's not a takeover… What
else could it be? A couple of mutual fund managers playing around with an
undervalued stock? If not, why else would the stock spike like that?
Makes me wonder.
