LanRover?
Also in sunny Florida…
I have called ASDG and been told the old AS225 does not work with their
board. I have tried AmiTCP but my 2500/30 rolls over and dies every time I run
TCPIP. I have 1.3 on and upgrade ROMS plus 2.xx to install sometime, but I
don't think this should be a problem for 1.3. Let me know if you get running.
The AmiTCP source gives you header files and code for BSD sockets as well as
the run time support. The "gamma" version I downloaded supported very little of
the main TCPIP utilities. Someone left a note on an NFS server supported TCPIP
commercial package. Think I'll get in touch with the company and the author.
I'm using Macs and Amigas and haven't seen a TCPIP server that would let either
serve NFS other than this (called some MAC TCPIP people but all client only).
Novell would mean adding a PC somewhere and I'd rather spend the money on Mag
Op disks. I have been working Toaster to Quicktime and would like at least
TCPIP to transfer the files (FTP).
Again if you find something that runs please drop a line.
Thanks
