Plus… wait'll you see the docs before you make any final decisions… they're really pretty good. Plus, if they have shortcomings, they can be _fixed_, where a hardcopy manual is what it is until the stock runs out. Not to mention (he cleverly mentioned) that this is a considerable win on environmental issues, provides you with a few spare usable floppies, costs less to ship, produce and package, and is updatable with no more delay than it takes to type in changes at the tech support desks.
