Hypertext format sounds like the right approach, bravo. Any "straight" text
method, for such an extensive document, would be a quagmire to negotiate
electronically, and users would inevitably make a hardcopy version. That would
kill the "green PC" concept.
I'm not clear on one thing, is the hypertext documentation available now, with
the r/t release?
