🙂 Well, yes! I'm a Picobrewery, but a LARGE pico I assure you! I do all grain ten gallon mash, recirculating step-infusion ten gallon batches. My favorites are the wheat and fruit brews! Try Raspberries and wheat, or a Raspberry Stout! Yummy! You have to let the fruit beer ferment longer in the carbouy – like about other month because of the residual sugars. Else you wind up with high carbonation and foamy beers. 🙂 Alan – Hords of Fun! aka Kingfish Brewing Co., Redmond, Washinton.
