🙂 Well, yes! I'm a Picobrewery, but a LARGE pico I assure you! I do all
grain ten gallon mash, recirculating step-infusion ten gallon batches. My
favorites are the wheat and fruit brews! Try Raspberries and wheat, or a
Raspberry Stout! Yummy! You have to let the fruit beer ferment longer in the
carbouy – like about other month because of the residual sugars. Else you wind
