There is a multi-step method for converting DEMs to DXFs which I successfully used this last weekend. The method came to me from John K. Jordan, a forum member in these here parts. Use VP to export the DEM as a PCX file. Take it into an image processing package (Corel, Photostyler, etc.) and convert to greyscale (or is that grayscale? I don't know). Save it as a GIF (if you processing package won't, save as PCX again and go into Animator Pro, import it and save again as GIF). Then use GIFDXF.EXE (available on this forum) to convert the GIF to a DXF file. It's many steps, but it works! David Taffet
