How hard to convert?

The analogy holds.
A lot of us love our PCs because we can get under the hood when we need to,
soup it up for raw power, etc. I remember when we were installing unauthorized
crystals into the old ATs to speed the machine. Much like redoing an engine,
right?<<
The Mac has far from an automatic transmission. Mac users are constantly
reving up their computers (changing crystals and installing accelerator cards).
It is nice to have six NuBus slots that will take ANY NuBus card made!
