Pane enabling
"The comments in CPane.c mention the GetEnabled/SetEnabled methods, but all
there is is an enabled member. Did these methods just not get implemented?"
I believe the comments are wrong. The "enabled" feature was inserted at the
appropriate level in the TCL, but disabling was left as a subclass
responsibility.
