Joe, The CD does indeed exist, but you might have to remind Symantec a couple of times that YOU do. I called up Symantec last April or so and left my address on their voice mail/answering machine. I got no response, so at the end of May sent an email to the CI$ account. About a week later, they sent me some preliminary info and a questionnaire. I filled out the questionnaire and sent it back that day, and about a week later I got the disk. Did you get the questionnaire? Did you write "Please send the Bedrock CD" in the comments area? Maybe they're mailing them alphabetically. I'm way up in the "H"s (or sometimes "M"s). FWIW, Michel
