Pardon me for inserting this remark, but Tien, what does an "oil painting" look
like. All kinds of styles are done with oils, from photo realism to Mark
Rothko color patches.
To be helpful… Cricket Image has a filter called oil painting, if you like
the way the color blobs turn out (you can control their size).
