#First PPT Message
Ken and all PPT participants…..
About command entry….All us seasoned vets of the screen menu only
AutoCAD did develop some grest dexterity at typing commands (how many people
can erase last with their eyes closed <g>). But those programmers have since
release 9 tried to perfect the pull down menus and I think IMHO that they have
it in really good shape for a begining user… Heck I will try to not even
mention the command name unless it is really important… So for me Its the
pull downs and the dialogue boxes as much as possible… (standard windows
interface for all applications… wordperfect still haven't deveolped a tablet
menu <big grin> sorry I couldn't resist)
About reducing the size of the flic to 320×200… I think this will
totally ruin the AutoCAD screens. Try either going to 1024×768 in windows and
remember the ALT-TAB hot key to toggle between applications this should be as
easy as taking your eyes off a computer screen to look at a sheet of paper.
I did look into GI to do the presentation.. an did a few tests.. after 3
frames of images and text I had a file size of 900K.. Didn't seem to be going
too well and I had a project to get out soooo…. And I don't know powerpoint
But I hear its easy to learn….
