Ken: Good hearing from you again! By the way, what did you ever end up doing with that animation a few months ago that required exact timing without frame animation? Yes, we wrote our own code to control the Sony CRV laser disk. Turns out that it's somewhere between 6 and 10 times the speed of some of the big-name software controllers out there. We probably don't do as much error checking, or have as pretty an interface, but it's FAST! Companies out here in Hollywood like MR. FILM and Sony Pictures (was Columbia Pictures and Tri-Star) swear by it! Sony has been referring all sorts of Laser Disk purchasers to us for it! Looks like we are becoming software publishers, in spite of ourselves! And we even throw it in free when we sell a laser disk system! (hint, hint!) Greg Pyros
