Hi, Bill > How well does the RS mount work? I'm in the process of upgrading the '79 Bronco to an '81 Bronco that I purchased over the weekend, and haven't had a chance to install the mount yet. Repairs to the windshield wipers and drivers side window mechanisim have been occupying my time. (Hey, it's early summer in Oregon – ya gots to be able to wipe rain _and_ open the window to be comfortable at all times. :-)) The clamp, at it's widest setting, holds the Scout quite tightly as it was designed to hold a much narrower cell phone. If it wasn't for thick foam pads on either side, and a little bit of flex, the Scout wouldn't have fit. The flexible post that holds the clamp is quite stiff, so I don't anticipate any problems with it's ablility to support the weight of the scout. Cheers, Guy
