John, Fortunately, I can take two approaches with 3ds. I usually can make enough money designing furniture and having it built to justify the time spent in doing computer models, actually it may save time between trying to convince a customer what the interior space and furniture will look like. Also I can work with the architects I know already providing 3D models for high end renovations and new construction. Most of them include a chipboard model in their contract price for larger jobs and figure roughly 100 hours for something inflexible, and limited at best. I also see an ongoing response by designers and decorators after the construction is complete. Thanx for the info. Don
