Good stuff, what about the WGS-84 (world) datum, or is this just the Tower
of Babel that you just described? Maybe we should just stick with the datum
descibed by our local maps? How would one set up a custom datum? The Scout
manual dedicates Appendix B to the subject, but I'll be the first to admit
that this is _WAY_ over my head!
