Animation Group forming!
I was wondering if anyone would be interested in forming a cyber-animation
group that would meet at Compuserve or the internet or any number of places
depending on who would be in the group.
What I am looking for are a couple animators of any skill level who would like
to expand their portfolio, discuss animation techniques they discover, work
together on a couple projects and see what we may be able to produce.
What I have discovered is that the most important thing to animation is an
imagination – technical ability with the software is a close second. I believe
coming up with a realistic, entertaining, practical animation sequence is the
most difficult – anyone can be trained to work 3DS.
This group would be a group would hopefully get enough interested parties so we
could start thinking of ideas soon. Once we have a good sequence, I have
contacts in the San Fransisco Bay area that may be able to get the sequence
screened at places like Industrial Lights and Magic! So if you are interested,
please write me (Byrne Reese) at 72632,3142…tell me briefly about your self
(where you go to school, what you are studying, where you work, who you work
for, how much free time you may have, what interests you have etc…)…in all
honesty the group can not be too big so make your self look good.
The structure of the group will be discuss once it has formed.
