Same thing happened to me, except that we're not fighting (yet) over a credit. I'd ordered a Denise chip and an analog joystick adapter. Needed the Denise _bad_. After three weeks with no product, they told me the adapter was on backorder. I told them to cancel the adapter and ship the Denise, which they did. Three months later, I received the adapter and a charge to my credit card. Regards, Phil Combs
