When faced with making a single grid, I figured it would be easier (and a lot more fun) to write a program than to build the grid manually. Then, when I (inevitably) wanted to change it a little, it would be no problem. As it turned out, it was fairly simple to write, even though I hadn't done any POCO programming in at least a year. (One thing you might want to do immediately: edit the program and zap the silly opening message by deleting the "char zs[]…" and "Qtext(zs)" statements.)
