Hi-Lux is a free board, RP is pay. I just got on Hi-Lux for the first
time yesterday, and from my initial scan, and a couple random dl's,
I'd say that RP is better. They're more committed to providing
cleaned, mapped (often) models w/ good descriptions. Again, this is
only an initial assessment on my part, and I'm sure they both offer
useful items.
