#repeating frames in VP

Wasn't there a thread that the Targa64 had a buffer problem with R3? The only
solution was to remove some memory to make it a 32 or render through DOS?
Our EVO-9650 driver update is in the hands of Autodesk. I thought that they'd
upload it here by now, let me check with them and see if I can do it myself!
Since we did it on contract, they are calling the shots as to when and how it
gets distributed!
