There is a white paper over in WinEXT about the Access Jet Engine 2.0. It
talks briefly about ODBC. The new ODBC driver is supposed to use the full Jet
Engine instead of a subset as 1.0 did. It also talks about the index structure
and support for optimal index selection. It's a good thing to read.
You can also apply for the beta by faxing a request to Microsoft Beta Services
at (206) 936-7329. I might add that I sent in my request a month ago, and
still have not received any verification.
