Truetypes on Bitmaps
I am trying to print truetype fonts on a bitmap and then send the bitmap
to the printer. When I attempt to do the TextOut, the program crashes. I have
an HP IIp and an HP 4p. When I check print truetype as graphics, it works; if
not, it crashes.
If I use the printer DC rather than the memory DC, then it also works.
If I have to set something special in the fonts when I create them
please tell me. I do set the lfPitchAndFamily member of the LOGFONT structure
to 0x04.
