Eric, If I choose my second method, I'll need to do the same thing you are doing. Unfortunately, Microsoft has not responded to these messages (I also sent another directly to the sysop). This is disappointing. Maybe they're saying we won't even think of helping you unless you give us some more money (as if my company hasn't already given them enough — not to mention the apps we've developed already that promote Windows). I'll let you know when I figure something out. Thanks for replying.
