Marion, You may have more than one solution to accomplish it. A- If you don't have lots of "expanding" dialogs, you may show a bigger dialog on top of a smaller and simpler. When the user pushs the "More" button, save the dialog's position and pass it to the bigger one. Not the most elegant and efficient solution but very simple to implement. B- Use a CFormView and "grow" the frame when asked to. C- Use tabbed dialogs, like WinWord. You may find classes to do that here in the libraries. I would favor this approach since you can put lots of controls in a single dialog box without confusing the user. Regards -Roger
