CompuServe Messages

Hi guys! I am fairly new to compuservre, and I have been writing my messages on line. Of course,this is to expensive.I am using VLT as a terminal emulator. I was wondering, can I write messages of line and upload to the forum? When I use option 5, upload a message, it does not give you a way to specify who the letter goes to, or to what section.
