Ah, the infamous "Guru Meditation" (unless your Amiga has the newer operating system in which case it is a "Software Error"). Don't worry, usually that is due to a bug in a program that you are using. If you get it frequently with different programs then there may be a bad chip or something in your system but most likely it is simple software problem. Often a shortage of RAM can cause crashes, or trying to push your system to the limit.
