Gail, a quick response to your inquiry. Regarding your "Unopened" question–I didn't mean to draw so much attention to that–I didn't have the return policy in front of me as I responded…I thought it mentioned Unopened….but the bottom line remains the same: Returned commercial merchandise opened or unopened is subject to a 15% restocking fee…it really makes no difference. Regarding Software Etc.: your comparing apples to oranges…policies of mail order companies are overall very different than that of storefront retailers. Regarding our brochure and the Retina/Toaster compatability issue: This is the first time to my knowledge this information has surfaced about Retina/Toaster…we certainly never knew before or we would have indicated it long ago. I've passed on the info to the Ad boys…watch for future ads (and keep in mind they don't appear overnight—there is often a several-month lead time for ads–flyers have a solid-month lead time too). Regarding the misspelling of "Profesional"–I've passed that onto the Ad boys too 🙂
