Baring that, there are a couple of ways you could produce post script
output without a Preferences printer driver. First, most word processors
provide direct support for PS. If you need to print a picture, import it
and print it. Same for ASCII. There are also a few programs (check the
libraries here) that put a postscript wrapper around an ASCII file and
send them off to the printer. Finally, and perhaps best of all, your 4MP
has the best of both worlds. You can use the LaserJet Preferences driver
for WorkBench and apps that don't support PostScript, but can still use
the PostScript direct from those apps that support it.
