Hilary, You may not be done yet. The SONY monitor has a traditional 75 ohm termination on the composite sync line, just as it has on R, G, & B. The Amiga won't drive this well enough for the Toaster to gen-lock properly. (With such a low line level, the Toaster doesn't always detect composite sync; it needs to look at composite sync in order to close the gen-lock loop.) Since the 1084 presents an impedance of around 225 ohms on the composite sync line, I've been recommending a series resistance of 150 ohms.
