Marc, when operating properly, inserting a disk will produce two icons on
the WB, one for AmiDOS format and one for PC format. Depending on the
format of the disk, one will read ??? and the other will have the disk's
label.
You say you are using proper density disks. This means 720KB formatted
disks on DD (not HD) floppies? If you format a HD floppy as 720KB, a HD
drive will not be able to read it unless you tape over the HD indicator
hole. Or are they 1.44MB disks, in which case you better have a HD drive.
Just double checking …
Make sure the PC driver icons in the Devs:DOSDrivers dir have the
tooltypes UNIT=0 (for PC0), and ACTIVATE=1. I actually renamed PC0 to A
and PC1 to B.
