David, welcome to the wonderful (?) world of Intel, MS-DOS and MS-Windows.
You will be saying those words quite often, but in another context. The
reason you're getting that message is thet the VIDEO BOARD, not the BB,
has 246KB of video memory, which has nothing to do with the CPU's main
memory. Think of it as Chip RAM.
