I have written a KXP to allow one to do that (I'm assuming you want to do this
in the Keyframer, not the 3D Editor). You can rotate an object about its local
axis at any typed in amount you want. You can also position and scale by
decimal amounts. Also you can create Position keys by any coordinate format
that AutoCAD supports (Rectangular/Polar/Cylindrical/Spherical). You can also
Keyframe 'Selection Sets'…
Its gonna be a freeware IPAS routine, but I still need to write a tutorial for
using it.
Since the docs are not ready, I have not uploaded it yet. However, I have
e-mailed it to you. If you don't mind 'Beta Testing' it, give it a shot. I've
included my phone number so you can call, and I'll explain how its done (should
only take a few seconds over the phone).
