Thanks for the info. I'm trying to find a weakness in the PAR that would
justify my NOT shelling out $$ for it but I can't seem to find one. <If you
must have a SCSI for your CDDR (Compressed digital disk recorder) then look
at the MAX which should soon be on the market.> My purpose is for hobby level
animations (although I do take my hobbies seriously). The MAX would be too much
$$ to slip past my wife unnoticed <g>. I'll be at Siggraph and if I can
actually see a PAR (and its output) in action, I suspect I'll come home & order
one.
