I found the problem with outputting with the Targa + cards.First of all you need to turn on the clear buffers and alpha on in your 3ds.set file.Then at c:\ prompt type in tconfig.The settings you want are genlock on vga pass through off video input off gamma at .6 or .8. Your video res should be 512×486 NTCS.Exit and save as targa.bat so every time you want to output to VTR.In your autoexec.bat you sould use SET RDPADI=C:\3DS3\DRIVERS\RDPTPLUS.EXP and SET DSPADI= C:\3DS3\DRIVERS\RCPTARGAP.EXP donnot set these in your 3ds.set use vibcfg and set up for your display.Then you need to put C:\TPLUS\TMODE 11 then C:\TPLUS\TPCLR 0 In your config.sys you need to put DEVICE=C:\TPLUS\TARGAP.SYS then I(YOUR IRQ SETTING) then mD (MEMORY ADDRESS) then D6 (FOR OUTPUT ONLY). There's really no reason to set your wait and read states unless you have some real problems. One more thing don't use the VGA PASS THROUGH CABLE its not needed.
