The PC can't understand the Mac resource folk. It gets lost when you copy the file to the PC so it isn't even there for software to work with any longer. Now, having said that, I did hear something just this week about new software that says it can make Mac disc from a PC. I think I heard about it from Georges Brown but I didn't catch the details and I do remember that the software was not able to make a true hybrid.
