Neil, The 610CT is not a successor for the T2150. The 610CT has no internal CD and is a 90 MHz Pentium. The 610T is a notebook PC. The T2150CDT is a laptop. T2150CDT CPU 486 DX4/75 Screen 10.4" diag TFT 640x480xx64k on panel and simultaneous to external If AC is attached and on, batteries can be hot swapped. Power supply does auto-sense 100-240v 50-60 Hz Floppy takes power from PC Has 1.0a PnP and APM 1.1 in BIOS I have a T4900 with the TFT screen. I see no problem under fluorescent light. In general TFT screens are useless in sun light. Toshiba only uses a Resume which does not meet your definition. Toshiba Resume powers down machine but keeps the memory active. In this mode battery depletes about 15% a day. May I suggest a browse thru lib 6 of the Toshiba Forum for specs, etc? – Don [Team Toshiba Section 1 & 9]
