No, the sessions are as large as the amount of data you transfer before ejecting the disc. The cache causes track writes in 10MB or larger chunks which do not consume any real overhead. Therefore, you can transfer 650MB of data and only create one session while only using 25MB of local hard disk space. And remember, the files can come from anywhere, including network, CD-ROM, diskette, etc. whithout worrying about file fragmentation or hard disk speeds. David
