We don't seem to know what or where things are working. As for 25% or 8%, even this is unclear–even after testing many hundreds of disks. Sometimes a disk will work and a moment later it will not work. So, does it count as a working disk or not? The degree of technicality that you bring to this discussion clearly demonstrate your ability to test people for driving licenses. As to helping solve a fery difficult, costly, and frustrating problem I have no evidence to indicate that you have much qualification. Not to be too snippy, but this is a serious problem. You are playing chicken-shit. We really need help.
