You haven't even got a clue as to why no one wants to help you. You're amazing.>> First, as for "no one wants to help me" I am frankly surprised by the huge amount of help that I have received. So, you are off point here. Second, this whole discussion started because I was asking for serious help and in one case I received "anti-help" and I simply called a spade a spade. That is, I got rather direct in pointing out that the message could not possibly serve any constructive purpose, that it was a response simply designed to attack and humiliate. If you go back through the message archives I am certain that you will see that the problem here was as I describe. Lastly, I am not swearing at people as you suggest. This is almost a humorous assertion, frankly. I have known many people for decades and I have quite a few essentric traits. One of these is that I am conspicuous for my lack of swearing. I raise an eyebrow when others swear around me. Me swear? Seriously. Now, as I have previously explained and described, the phrase "Chicken Shit" is a generally well known one. Frankly, I would think you would be especially knowledgable about this one. It is a phrase that describes an obtuse, destructive, antagonistic counter to a problem being solved or a question. It may not be the most commonly used phrase, but it is not uncommon. And, it is the only phrase that I know of that describes the particular activity that was being undertaken as an effort to "help" me. I never swore AT anybody, and I never use profanity in the sense of being an adjective or substitute word. The phrase "Chicken Shit" is no more a profanity as I have used it than perhaps the word Hell is a profanity when describing a very bad place that you should not look forward to visiting soon. It is very different to describe Hell than it is to tell somebody to go there. You seem like the type of person who would approach a minister after a strong sermon and scold him for his language and use of certain "dirty" words. Honestly! Our conversation is honestly interesting because I have never before run into someone who thinks as you seem to. Again, back to the point: I asked for help. Clearly I had a very big problem on my hands. I explained at one point a 25% failure rate and at another point an 8% failure rate. The reply that I got back was an attack that perhaps I didn't know what I was talking about, that I couldn't keep my facts straight, etc. etc. Now this is not help. This is not help at all. Such a blind attention to detail without regard to reason is exactly the sort of qualification that makes a person very good at tasks like sharpening pencils, administering drivers license exams, and (with proper supervision) reshelving books. I think that very many Americans would agree that such people are nincompoops. I *am* one who will disregard political correctness (a worthless concept in my mind) and describe things as they are. I would rather say that somebody should be promoted than something vague, and I'll certainly say that a person should be dismissed from a job (with them present) than to hint at it behind their back. I'm often right about these things, and people tend to get promoted or fired based heavily upon my comments. Its honest, efficient, clear, and direct. THAT is how I was in my message. I explained this, which you conveniently disregard. No, it isn't an excuse and its quite rude of me, I agree. I work constantly on remembering people's names and particulars. I have gone to many classes and still I am often the worst in a room. I am on the boards of several companies and I still forget the names of my co-members. It's completely embarrasing to forget a name–especially when it is the name of a sister or close friend. You thrust with this point well, if not too repeatedly.
