Kathy- I appreciate your and Jerry's loyalty and your kind words. (Bob's too, but I have other ways of telling him<g>) But look, don't waste your time trying to teach pigs to sing (as the saying goes) unless you're getting as much amusement out of this as I am. It's not as if I were in any danger of having my reputation sullied, after all – at least two people who have contributed to this thread are clients of mine, and they know how much I charge and how valuable my help is. You and Jerry and Deirdre' are also quite familiar with my "unpleasant" personality and "bad attitude".;-) How seriously can we take someone who: * makes a snap judgment about qualifications and character based on one CIS message * thinks that accurate reporting of symptoms is unimportant in solving technical problems * expects free advice and calls it "poor service" * claims he gets paid $500 an hour for consulting but spends time composing messages for the perverse pleasure of annoying people * takes the words "In another message, the figure you gave was 8%." as an outrageous personal attack and raves on about it incessantly * is well known among vendors as "the customer from Hell" * exhibits irrational fear and loathing of driving license examiners Let's just consider the source.
