I have noticed that it takes about 3K less to store a CEL, than to
store the equivalent FLC. That is, a CEL created by clipping FROM
ALL the frames of a FLC, is smaller than the FLC. The CEL appears to
be usable as a FLC. Does anyone know if they are not really
equivalent?
