Dear SysOp, I have a Panasonic CD Rom which model is CR-521C. I used to think that my CD Rom is a double speed CD Rom (300 kb/s 320 ms). Howerver, after I run a CD Rom test program, I found out that my CD can only transfer up to 153KB/s and have and access time of about 450 ms. Is my CD Rom a single speed one? Regards, Duc.
