PMJI, are you using RIO 4, or higher? I don't think versions 5
or 6 (running under the Phar Lap DOS Extender) need the Handles
statment any longer. For that matter, they don't even need expanded
memory (extended or XMS is just fine), although you might need it for
other applications. The exclusion of D000-DFFF is correct, but you
might check the syntax. I use QEMM, and D000-DFFF is right, but I
thought EMM386 used D000-E000 to reference that same range.
