In all my experience in going to trade shows I've never had the difficulty in getting a room as everyone has cited these horror stories. I agree that getting a specific room at a specific hotel may be chancy but I tend to be very flexible in my travels. I realize I might not be able to get the presidential suite at the Omni, however. <BG> I will try to make all parties but do have some visiting appointments on non trade show days.
