One thing that comes to mind to ensure a complete and smooth wave cycle
is to follow this comment under the .pxp wave/ripple tutorial in your pub:
'Note: If you want your waves to cycle properly during
animation, the number in this field (# of morphs field)
should be a multiple of the number in the period field.'
