We have experienced the same thing – sticker shock. 3 of our machines have
PCI 100Mb network adaptors. Primarily, they were purchased to replace our
ISA cards when we ran out of slots. That will probably be the one and only
reason we switched! Those 100Mb hubs are _way_ pricey.
Too bad, really.
