Although you gave some steps about this, I can't tell exactly what the artist has done to get this erroneous result. If you'd like us to look into this matter further, the ideal would be a set of "numbered" steps that we can follow to reproduce the problem. I'm hoping that it's something that, once identified, can be resolved by a different approach. It could be that the artist is telling AAStudio to do something that it is properly doing, and giving the result, e.g. some confusion about an alpha mask setting or something. "Now, when is the update coming out?" No date has been announced, although I hear that it is not too long from now. Nothing like what you have said seems to be something that will be addressed by the update, I'm sorry to say. Let us know if you'd like us to pursue this. Thanks.
