Hi Mark, You should have seen Juan's message by now. I understand why so many people are upset, especially when they rely on good tools to make a living. I was extremely frustrated a while ago trying to convert *.flc or *.tga series to *.mov. The color quality of those converted *.mov files was lot worse than the original files. This may not be a bug, maybe just the selection of the compression schemes. At the same time, I also understand it is not easy to write a big program. I am a programmer myself. If you are one of the programmers who wrote AS, just do your best to get problems fixed. I believe you guys have the capability to come up with a great product. Remeber, lot of people depend on this product. Thanks for listening. Mike LIU
